information that should be added. Thank you. ********** 1894 A method of obtaining a dodecagon by folding and cutting a pentagon appears in an article by J Marteau in Manuel General de L'Instruction Primaire of 1st December 1894.
********** 1897 The same method appears in 'Pliage et Decoupage du Papier' by C Savineau, which was published by Librairie Hatchette et Cie in Paris in 1897.
********** 1913 'Trabajo Manual' by C Champy Alvear, which was published by Cabaut y Cia in Buenos Aires in 1913, gives a method of obtaining a dodecagon from a hexagon by folding.
********** 1940 A similar method appears in 'El Plegado y Cartonaje en la Escuela Primaria' by Antonio M Luchia and Corina Luciani de Luchia, which was published by Editorial Kapelusz in Buenos Aires in 1940.
