An expanded third edition of 'Trabajo Manual' by Carmen Champy Alvear was published by Cabaut y Cia in Paris in 1932 (and, presumably, also in Buenos Aires at a similar date.)

This third edition is mentioned in Gershon Legman's 'Bibliography of Paperfolding':

I have not seen a full copy of this third edition. Chapters XX onwards are not in the first edition but may have been included in the second edition published in 1926.
