'The Rupert Book' was published by The daily Express in 1956. It contains folding instructions for two related designs 'The Spill Holder' and 'The Spark Man' which appear in the story 'Rupert and the Blue Moon'(although the spill holder is ceramic not paper). Neither of these designs are known from any other source so they are probably inventions of Alfred Bestall.
