'The New Rupert Book' was published by The Daily Express in 1951. It contains a story titled 'Ruoert and the Lucky Man' and instructions for making the 'lucky man' titled 'How to Make Rupert's Paper Man'. The Paper man is made by combining The Suit of Clothes with The Mitre (to form the head) and a Paper Boat Hat.
