'Tex and His Toys' by Elsa Ruth Nast was published by Simon and Schuster Inc in New York in 1952. As the cover below shows the book contained instructions for making the Cut and Fold Windmill, the Newspaper Hat and a version of the Paper Dart.

This work is mentioned in Gershon Legman's 'Bibliography of Paperfolding' which was published in 1952.

I have not seen a full copy of this work.
