| 'Spielbuch
fur Knaben' by Hermann Wagner was published by Verlag von
Otto Spamer in Leipzig in 1864, although the foreword is
dated May 1863, which argues that the book was complete
at that date. The work contains one short paragraph about paper folding and a page of illustrations of designs, mostly without explanation of how they can be achieved, but there are also various other designs scattered throughout the remainder of the book. The paragraph about paperfolding reads:
The text of this papragraph refers to folding 'a small book' and 'a cone, a case, a feather hat, a ship, a bellows, a horned devil, a snake', some of which are not included in the illustration.
