and history of the origami design known as the Tachibana
(Mandarin Orange) or Persimmon. Please contact me if you

The Tachibana is developed from a Frog Base. ********** 1927 A drawing of the Tachibana appears in an illustration by Takei Takeo in a 1927 issue of the children's magazine 'Kodomo No Kuni' (The Land of Children). ********** 1957 Diagrams for the Tachibana appear in 'Origami Dokuhon' (Origami Reader) by Akira Yoshizawa, which was published by Ryokuchi-Sha in 1957. ********** |
