Thank you. ********** 1928 As far as I know this design first appears, under the title of 'The Cake Basket' in 'Fun with Paperfolding' by William D Murray and Francis J Rigney, which was published by the Fleming H Revell Company, New York in 1928. ********** 1959 The 'Cake Basket' also appears in 'Fun-time Paper Folding' by Elinor Tripato Massoglio, which was published by Childrens Press in Chicago in 1959. The designs in this book are said to have been learned in Japan. ********** |
