Juan Gimeno has pointed out that this design was published in Pajarita no 20 as an original design of Carlos González Garcia, created in 1987.

As far as I know this design first appears as 'Pajarita' in 'Plegado' by Rufino Yapur, which was published by Editores Independencia in Buenos Aires in 1939.
