'Educational Training Manual No 1: Paper Folding' by William Hammel was published by the B F Johnson Publishing Company in Richmond, USA in 1903. I have not seen a full copy of this work but to judge from the illustrations given below it appears to be a book of Paper Sloyd style designs.

Manual No 2 was about Cardboard Modelling.
