Article in The Queen Almanac, 1873 | |||||||
'The Queen Almanac' for 1873 contained an article headed 'The Lady's Work Table' which mentioned the 'plaiting of paper rosettes for church decorations' (ie Froebel Stars) and 'Japanese work' made with twisted tissue paper.
