This article contains a sentence (at the top of the right column of page 288) comparing women wearing hooded scarves to pajaritas de papel. These pajaritas are clearly the Cocotte / Pajarita design. Roughly translated the sentence reads: 'Their heads covered with French hats and their bodies with a hooded scarf whose end drags on the ground, these women resemble in winter walks those regiments of paper birds that we formed on a table when we were children.' Since Antonio Flores Algovia was born in 1818 this would date his claimed making of regiments of Cocotte / Pajaritas to around 1828, when he would have been 10. **********
