'The Book of Indoor Games' by J K Benson was published by C Arthur Pearson Limited in London in1904. My thanks to Edwin Corrie for supplying details of the paperfolding items in this book.

This book is mentioned in 'The History of Paper Folding in Britain' by David Lister, which was published by the British Origami Society in 1975, where he writes: 'Alfred Bestall's interest in paper-folding started in 1905 when he was given a copy of J K Benson's 'Book of Indoor Games''.
