'Tex and His Toys' by Elsa Ruth Nast was published by Simon and Schuster Inc in New York in 1952.

I have not seen a full copy of this work, but it seems to only contain templates for making the designs shown on the cover, ie the Cut and Fold Windmill, the Paper Dart, the Newspaper Hat, a slit and fold box and three cardboard modelling figures. a bird, a cowboy and his horse, all of which are, of course, to be held together with the tape supplied.
