The thiird, revised, edition of 'Paper-Folding and Designing Combined: A Kindergarten Occupation for Infants and Juniors' by Z Ford was published by E J Arnold and Sons Ltd in Leeds and Glasgow. The work is undated but is thought to have been published in or around 1899.

I have not seen a full copy of the work.

I do not know the dates of the first two editions or how the various editions differ from each other.
