'Origami Kyo Hon' by Mizuhiro Shiki is mentioned by David Lister in his article 'Cutting in Origami' where, talking of Michio Uchiyama, he says: 'A book of his folds was published in 1931 under the title of "Origami Kyo Hon" by Mizuhiro Shiki. It is largely a collection of figures in the Chushingura tradition, using extensive cuts.'

I have not seen a copy of this book.
