'Instruction pour l'Enseignement Manuel dans les Ecoles Primaires', by G Salicis was published by Chaiz in Paris in 1885.

This book is listed in several bibliographies of books relating to the use of manual work in schools. I have not seen a copy of the work and therefore do not know whether it cntains any material relating to paperfolding.
