Dictionarium Gallico-Germanico-Latinum Nathanaël Duëz, 1664

'Dictionarium Gallico-Germanico-Latinum, by Nathanaël Duëz was published in Amsterdam in 1664. It contains mention, in three languages, of 'A paper bird and a paper boat, like children make in school.' This may perhaps be best interpreted as a reference to the Paper Dart, although, if it is, it is the earliest such reference known.

A full copy of the work can be accessed online here.
