'Arbeitschule Volume 2: Das Flechten: für Kinder von 3 bis 12 Jahren' by Seidel and Schmidt was published by Hermann Bohlau in Weimar.

Details of the various versions sold (ie with and without the inclusion of materials) are given in an entry in the Bibliography of the 1874 edition of 'Der Kindergarten in seinen Wesen dargestellt' by August Koehler:

I have not seen a copy of the first or second editions, which only provided information about frame weaving designs, and do not know the date of their publication.

This page is based on a partial copy of the third revised and improved edition (which can be accessed online here) and which includes additional material about free weaving designs (called Lebensformen).

Information about the additional material is provided at the end of the Preface to the Third Edition and in a full page plate, headed 'Lebensformen'. The text states that these free weaving designs were 'invented by Seren and Fraulein Lencer in Apolda'.
