536 Puzzles and Curious Problems by Henry Ernest Dudeney,1967

'536 Puzzles and Curious Problems' by Henry Ernest Dudeney, was published by Charles Scribner's Sons in New York in 1967. It is a combination of almost all the material previously published in Dudeney's 'Modern Puzzles' and 'Puzzles and Curious Problems', edited into a single volume by Martin Gardner. The material that makes use of an element of paperfolding is listed on this page.

A full copy of the work can be accessed online here.

Martin Gardner does not identify where or when these puzzles were previously published. However:

Dudeney's 'Modern Puzzles', published by C. Arthur Pearson in London in 1926 contains 'Folding Postage Stamps', 'Ribbon Pentagon', 'Paper Folding', 'Folding a Pentagon', 'Making an Octagon', 'A Crease Problem'.

Dudeney's 'Puzzles and Curious Problems', published by Thomas Nelson in London in 1931, contains 'Square and Triangle', 'Folding a Pentagon' (from a strip), 'Coin and Hole'.

Many of these may also have previously appeared in Dudeney's many magazine articles.
